meet cayley
Cayley has always gravitated towards the kitchen. Since age 16, she's been unofficially running a dessert business. On the day she turned 18, she began classical training through The Culinary Institute of America’s Baking & Pastry Arts program. While in school, she built her practical pastry skills at a high-volume, upscale NYC restaurant. After graduating with her Associate’s degree, she continued her education at Cornell University to learn the business side of food.

From there, she ventured to Seattle to learn the ins and outs of fine dining, beverage management, and curating a rich, healthy, and inspired team. After attending the James Beard Awards in 2019 as part of the team nominated for Outstanding Service, she knew she was on the right path. All of this time, she had been writing and testing new dessert recipes whenever she had the chance to escape the dining room. Ultimately, Seattle was far from her family in the northeast and she missed being closer to them. In March of 2020, she drove across the country and moved to NYC to be the Director of Hospitality for a renowned and growing restaurant group. Between 2021 and 2024, she took a hiatus from the food world and became a romantic matchmaker for a nationwide matchmaking company. While working from home, she had more capacity to develop and dial in hundreds of recipes.

Now, she is making desserts for luxury events and weddings, consulting for restaurants, and developing recipes and flavor combinations like no others.
